Account and data boundaries

Use your own sign-in identity. Do not create replacement accounts to evade trial expiry or payment requirements, share access, impersonate another user, request another seller’s private records or place buyer personal information in stock notes. You must have the right to submit, store and use product evidence and content. Do not upload credentials, malware or unlawful material.

Client modification and automated access

Do not change browser requests, client code or account parameters to bypass authentication, account boundaries, paid entitlements or weekly limits. Do not use extra identities to evade quotas, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability or resell/repackage licensed catalogue data without permission. Ordinary browser tools, accessibility adjustments, lawful exports and reviewing your own records are permitted.

Responsible security reporting

If you suspect a vulnerability, stop once you have enough information to describe it. Do not access, copy or alter someone else’s data, run disruptive tests or publish exploitable details before coordination. Submit a minimal description through Contact → Security concern or email support. A report is not permission to conduct further testing or a promise of a reward. Messages are not monitored continuously.

Reviews and product claims

Use only your own honest experience. Fake reviews, undisclosed incentives, spam, impersonation and unlawful abuse are prohibited. Critical opinions are allowed. Product prices, financial results, sales probabilities and claims of authenticity must not be fabricated or represented as independently verified without evidence.

Proportionate enforcement

We may restrict a security threat or serious misuse and investigate fairly. We will explain decisions where safe and lawful, allow corrections where appropriate and accept appeals through support. We do not impose an automatic fine for modifying a client or breaching a rule. A lawful claim for proven losses and a report to relevant authorities remain possible where justified. Your statutory rights remain intact.
