Cancellation & refunds

The free calculator and trial

The calculator is free and unlimited. A new saved workspace has a 7-day trial without a card, starting at account creation. It does not start a subscription automatically. After the trial, records remain readable and exportable; adding or editing requires a subscription.

Paid subscriptions

Margin renews at £7.99 per month only after you actively subscribe. Cancel future renewals through Manage billing in Account. Access normally continues to the end of the recorded paid period. No arbitrary cancellation fee applies.

Consumer cancellation rights and statutory remedies apply where relevant. Nothing here removes rights for a service that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. A refund is not automatic merely because an allowance was unused, but a lawful refund or billing correction will be handled where required.

Report an unexpected charge

Submit a billing complaint or email madjay2906@gmail.com with the date, amount and non-sensitive receipt reference. Never send card details. Support submissions are stored privately; confirmation of capture is not a promise that a refund has been authorised.
